What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and delivery address, plus your email if you give it
- What you order and whether the payment went through
- Your GSTIN, if you ask for a business GST invoice
- Basic browsing data through cookies (see below)
How we use it
- To pack, ship and deliver your order
- To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- To email you once, a few days after delivery, asking for a review (if you gave your email)
- To log you in with a one-time password (OTP)
- To make your GST invoice and keep our accounts
- To send offers, only if you said yes at checkout
Who we share it with
Only the partners who help us serve you, and only what they need:
- Shiprocket and its courier companies, to deliver your parcel
- Cashfree, to take your payment
- Our SMS and WhatsApp provider, for order messages and OTPs
- Our website host and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how people use the site so we can improve it
Cookies
Cookies are small files that keep the site working: your cart, your login and your wishlist. Microsoft Clarity also uses cookies to show us which pages work well. We use no advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and login may stop working.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax rules require.
