Shopping with us
- Give us your correct name, mobile number and address so your parcel reaches you.
- You log in with your mobile number and an OTP. Your account is created the first time you order or log in.
- Please use the site for personal shopping only.
Products
- We show every toy as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens.
- Check the age guidance on each product. Small children should play under adult supervision.
Prices and orders
- Prices can change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- If a product is shown at a wrong price or runs out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Offers and coupons
- Use one coupon per order. Coupons can’t be combined. Apply it in your cart or at the payment step, and you’ll see the discount before you pay.
- WELCOME100 gives ₹100 off your first order when your cart is ₹999 or more. It works once per customer and mobile number.
- The struck-out price is the MRP and the % OFF tag shows your saving. Sale prices last while stocks last or until the offer ends.
- Offers can change or end at any time. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.
- If part of an order is refunded, the refund reflects the discount you received.
- If an offer is misused, for example with several accounts or numbers, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Good to know
- The iBoom name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to us or our partners. Please don’t copy them.
- Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as floods, strikes or lockdowns.
- We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
