We deliver across India, and every order is checked and packed with care.
At a glance
- Free delivery on orders of ₹2,000 and above.
- Orders paid before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.

Delivery charges
- Free on orders of ₹2,000 and above, after any coupon.
- Below ₹2,000, the delivery charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
- Orders paid before 2 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders paid after 2 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
Delivery time
- Usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you live.
- Remote areas can take a little longer.
- We deliver within India only.
Tracking
- Once your parcel leaves, you get the courier name and tracking number on your mobile.
- Track it on our Track order page with your order ID and mobile number.
Your address
- Give a complete address and a mobile number the courier can reach.
- Need to change the address? WhatsApp us before your order is dispatched.
- If the parcel comes back to us undelivered, we add the order amount to your iBoom store credit. Prefer it sent again? WhatsApp us; an extra delivery charge may apply.
Parcel looks damaged?
Record a video while you open it, then WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. See our Returns, Refunds & Payments.
